Home remedies for fever:
Drink plenty of fluids — water, ORS, lemon water, coconut water.
Take proper rest and avoid heavy work.
Eat light food like khichdi, soup, rice, and dal.
Place a cool wet cloth on the forehead.
Drink warm tulsi (holy basil) and ginger tea.
Warm water can help soothe the throat.
Wear light clothes and stay in a cool room.
If the fever is high or there is body pain, Paracetamol may help if taken as directed on the label or by a doctor.

Fever is above 102°F (39°C)
Trouble breathing
